Abstract
This paper was made to obtain a more in-depth picture of the role of PT. Admiral Lines Jakarta, specifically in handling the export of CBU (Car Build Unit) for the Toyofuji ship service, what is its role, what play load documents are made, and the obstacles that are often faced. The author uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interviews with the export staff. While secondary data obtained through books, archives, and other sources. The data collection method used was observation which saw directly the activities in the field. The results of observations concluded that this company is engaged in agency services as well as serving Toyofuji ships as ship owners in CBU (Car Build Unit) export activities, where this company is tasked with handling ship docking and making play load documents and carrying out safety quality activities at the time of delivery. unloading and loading.
