Abstract
Service is an effort to serve the needs of others by obtaining an imbalance (money) or services. Service is the process of meeting needs through the activities of other people directly (Moenir, 2005). Import according to the general understanding is the activity of entering goods from abroad into the country that have complied with the provisions and regulations of the existing laws. Import is the activity of entering goods into the customs area. (Customs Law, 17 of 2006 article 1 paragraph 1). SIMARAK application is an application that was created to make it easier for users to submit services to Customs and Excise, where each region has a different name.
