Abstract
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES OF PEKALONGAN CLASS II PORT MANAGEMENT OFFICES ON PROCEDURE OF ANNUAL SHIP SURVEY BEFORE AND AFTER DOCKING (ON / OFF HIRE) SHIP Port Operator Unit Office Class II Pekalongan is an official office engaged in Marine, Shipping, Sea Freight and Non-Tax Services services so that it requires full authority and responsibility of the Port Operator Unit Office Pekalongan class II for the Annual Survey Docking Ship procedure. This paper aims to increase activities in the area of the Port Operator Unit Office Pekalongan Class II so that the author expects that what has been set in the rules of service rules at Port Operator Unit Office Pekalongan class II is carried out properly and in accordance with existing Procedures. The author uses the field survey method and checks the document documents of the ship that will be carried out docking. In these results, it can be explained that the problems that arise have been resolved and corrected according to the procedure and purpose of the paper.
