Abstract
Inbound goods storage is an activity that is often considered not to cause problems, despite the fact that Inbound is an activity that cannot be missed. Although supported by facilities and infrastructure as well as excessive sources of funds, without proper handling support for tea or rubber storage, Inbound storage activities are hampered (storage determines the quality and quantity of goods). This research is expected to see and learn about the existing supply chain system at PT. Teduh Makmur Semarang which focuses on the inhibiting factors for the performance of goods storage in Inbound. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between labor on the performance of Inbound tea storage (tcount value of 2,013 > ttable value of 1,98472), The results of the multiple linear regression equation showed that there was a positive and significant effect between media and equipment on Inbound tea storage performance (tcount value of 2.289 > ttable value of 1.98472), The results of multiple linear regression equations indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the role of suppliers on Inbound tea storage performance (tcount value of 5.373 > ttable value of 1, 98472) Keywords: Labor, Media and Equipment, Role of Supplier, Storage Performance
