Abstract
Clearance In & Clearance Out Service from Agency PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental is fully implemented at Jetty Orbit Terminal Merak (OTM) Cilegon. PT. Pertamina Trans Continental acts as an agent that takes care of the administration of ship arrival and departure permits (clearance in and clearance out) at the port and take care of the needs of the ship while in the port. This Agency Service is applied to facilitate an activity in the service of goods and ships at the port, which includes ship service in (Clearance In), ship move, ship out (Clearance Out) and service cancellation. The discussion of this writing, Aims to be able to know the application, constraints, solutions and efforts in improving the quality of ship Clearance In and Clearance Out services by PT. Pertamina Trans Continental. Used in this scientific paper is a qualitative approach method with primary and secondary data sources from interviews, observations and literature studies. The results achieved in the writing of this scientific paper include knowing the agencies involved, the flow of procedures, documents and the cost of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) through the PNBP Online Information System (SIMPONI) related to clearance in and clearance out services. The conclusion of this paper is about a brief explanation of the procedures, documents needed and constraints of the Clearance In and Clearance Out process using a manual system.
