Abstract
Passanger Interest is influenced by several factors including Service, Fasilities and Comfort. Of the three, have an important role in increasing Passanger Interest. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of service, fasilities and comfort on Passenger Interest in using the services of KM Kelimutu PT PELNI Semarang. In this study, the research population is the Interest of Passengers in KM Kelimutu with a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents (samples). The variables in the study consisted of: Service independent variable (X1), Facilities (X2), and Comfort (X3) and the dependent variable was Passenger Interest (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis with the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained multiple linear regression equations Y= 3,092 + 0,433 X1 + 0,199 X2 + 0,194 X3 + μ. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between service on interest passenger (t count 7.317> t table 1.98498), fasilities in customer loyalty (t count 2.668> t table 1.98498), comfort of interest passanger ( t count 2.602> t table 1.98498), individually Service, Fasilities and Comfort affect Passanger Interest. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 52.5% on Passanger Interest and 47.5% influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
