Abstract
The purpose of writing this paper is to know about PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental, in providing services to vessel of Mt. Celyn. The process and Procedure of services vessel in PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental, in ship agency activities starting from before the ship arrived, at the time ship arrival, at the time ship docked, and when the ship departs.
