Abstract
Indonesia is the largest maritime country in the world, 2/3 of Indonesia's territory is a sea area. The port is the main facility in activities related to sea transportation. One of the activities in the port is loading and unloading. This study aims to determine the effect of performance quality, Loading and Unloading Productivity, loading and unloading equipment partially and simultaneously on Boat Docking Time at Galang Anchorage PT. Snepac Indo Service batam. The population in this study was taken from the Crew ABK PT. Snepac Indo Service Batam and the sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was a census sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS). Hypothesis test results show that the variables Performance Quality, Loading and Unloading Productivity, and Loading and Unloading Equipment partially and simultaneously affect the Boat Docking Time at Galang Anchorage PT. Snepac Indo Service Port. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Y = 19.015 - 0.394X1 - 0.316X2 - 0.356X3+µ. From this equation, it is known that the variable that has the most dominant influence on Boat Docking Time is the Performance Quality variable with a regression coefficient of -0.394. The R2 (R square) test results in 0.574 or 57.4%, which means that the Boat Docking Time at Galang Anchorage PT. Snepac Indo Service Port is influenced by the variables of Performance Quality, Loading and Unloading Productivity, which is 57.4% and other factors that affect Boat Docking Time. at Galang Anchorage PT. Snepac Indo Service Port, amounting to 42.6%. Keywords: Performance Quality, Loading and Unloading Productivity, Loading and Unloading Equipment and Boat Docking Time.
