Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of facilities, human resources, time, and weather factors as independent variables on the productivity of loading and unloading dry bulk as the dependent variable. This type of research is a qualitative research with a strong emphasis on description and quantitative data with multiple linear regression models. The object of this research is Jamrud Terminal at PT. Indonesian Port III (Persero) Surabaya. The sample in this study is the number of employees at Jamrud Terminal at PT. Port of Indonesia III (Persero) Surabaya is a total of 120 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test by first being tested through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and normality tests, as well as t statistical tests (partial) and F statistical tests (simultaneous). Based on the results of research with statistical tools SPSS Ver 22 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.279 + 0.219 X1 + 0.183 X2 + 0.244 X3 + 0.195 X4 + . The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between facilities on loading and unloading productivity t count (2.418) > t table (1.658), Human Resources on loading and unloading productivity obtained t count (2.367) > t table ( 1.658), time on loading and unloading productivity t count (2,305) > t table (1,658), weather on loading and unloading productivity obtained t count (2.169) > t table (1,658). Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable F count (34,597) > F table (2,45). The influence of the four independent research variables is very strong with a correlation value of R = 0.739, and 26.1% is influenced by research variables that are not detected in this study.
