Abstract
The main discussion in the writing of this paper is about Tug Boat services by PT. Pelayaran Gema Bahari Cirebon. This paper discusses document service processes and procedures, how to operate ship arrival and departure systems, agencies related to ports and agents, obstacles that occur in agency services and how to overcome obstacles that occur in the process of handling ship arrivals and departures. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the documents needed for the arrival and departure of ships on the inaportnet system, ship arrival and departure service systems, agent relations with agencies at ports, obstacles in agency services, handling obstacles in the process of delaying ship departures, the authors use several methods, namely, interviews, observations, documentation and library methods to obtain the results: completion of ship agency services by PT. Pelayaran Gema Bahari Cirebon cruise will run smoothly without a hitch if each party can fulfill the established procedures. Keywords: Procedure, inaportnet system,agency service
