Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of corporate image, flight fares and service quality on passenger satisfaction on Lion Air Belitung airline. Data was collected through observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.20 program. Results Based on research and multiple analysis the resulting equation: Y = 2,222 +0.204X1+0.230X2+0.319X3+µ Where the variables loading and unloading activity performance (Y), number of labor gangs (X1), tool capacity (X2) and utility performance (X3) used in the t-test indicate that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on satisfaction as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.607 indicates that 60.7 percent of the passenger satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 30.3 percent is explained by other variables outside the third variable used in this study.
