Abstract
Lombok Island, which is a tourist destinatioan and the presence of Lombok International Airport (BIL) encoutages the use of integrated mass transportation. One of the transportation modes chosen is the Damri bus. In this study it self aims to determine how far the influence of human resources, information, and facilities of the work accountability. Formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables is human resource, information, and facilities, quality on work accountability. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents of Damri bus passengersthrough a non probability sampling tecnique using random sampling. The data analysis tecnique is multiple linier regression with the result Y= 0,285 + 0,321.X1 + 0,282.X2 + 0,387.X3+ μ From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables, namely human resource of 0,321 (X1), information of 0,282 (X2), and facilities of 0,387 (X3) which have been studied have a positive effect. and significantly affects the dependent variable on work accountability (Y) with the facilities variable having the highest influence than the other variables in influencing work accountability. In the coefficient of determination test (R square) the Adjust R Square value is 0,717, meaning that 71,7% of the variation in the dependent variable is work accountability. While other factors that affect the work accountability (100%-71,7%) = 28,3% So, the remaining 28,3% of other variables not proposed in this study.
