Abstract
loading and unloading performance is influenced by several factors including loading and unloading equipment, human resources, and personal protective equipment. Of the three have an important role in increasing the loading and unloading of performance with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of human resources, loading and unloading equipment, and personal protective equipment on the loading and unloading of performance at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. In this study, the population of the study was the loading and unloading of performance at the Tanjung Emas Harbor Semarang with a sample of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in this study consist of: Loading and unloading equipment independent variable (X.1), Human Resources (X.2), and personal protective equipment (X.3), and the dependent variable is the loading and unloading of performance (Y). The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The results of the analysis with the statistical tools of the SPSS V.23 program, it was obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.243 + 0.125 (X1) + 0.495 (X2) + 0.163 (X3) + µ. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between loading and unloading equipment on loading and unloading performance (t count 2.076> t table 2.00324), human resources on loading and unloading performance (t count 7.654> t table 2.00324), personal protective equipment positive and significant effect on loading and unloading performance (t count 3.294> t table 2.00324), individually loading and unloading equipment, human resources and personal protective equipment have an effect on loading and unloading performance. The effect of the three variables on the loading and unloading of performance in this study is quite strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 52.1% on unloading imported goods and 47,9% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
