Abstract
As a maritime country, sea transportation is the backbone of the transportation system. Sea transportation serves to serve the mobility of people, goods and services that connect economic activities between islands and international relations. Panjang Port is one of the ports engaged in port services and national logistics. The Long Port of Lampung is experiencing rapid progress and has become a port that has an important role, one of which is shown by the many loading and unloading companies that take shelter in it. One of them is PT. PBM Guna Perfect Utindo Raya. PT. PBM Guna Perfect Utindo Raya is one of the loading and unloading companies. Productivity of loading and unloading goods at PT. PBM Guna SempurnaUtindo Raya seen from several periods of time still feels that it has not experienced an increase. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of equipment, operational, and labor factors on loading and unloading productivity at PT. PBM Perfectly Uses Utindo Raya Lampung. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling totaling 75 respondents who were then given a questionnaire regarding the variables of equipment, operations, and labor. Most of the respondents are male (93.3%), age 38-47 years (30.7%), last education is high school (50.7%), and with a working period of more than 10 years (72.0%) . The data obtained will be analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Statistical Test. The results showed that the equipment (X1) partially had a positive effect on loading and unloading productivity (Y) 0.010 < 0.05. Operational (X2) partially has a positive effect on loading and unloading productivity (Y) 0.003 < 0.05. Labor (X3) partially has a positive effect on Loading and Unloading Productivity (Y) 0.024 < 0.05. Keywords: Equipment, Operational, Labor, Loading and Unloading Producticity
