Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about. Greige Fabric Export Delivery Procedure by EMKL PT Bahtera Satria Adidya Semarang There are several background problems that must be resolved in this paper, namely how the process of filling in the PEB system, the documents used during the export process, and the relevant agencies during the export process. This company is engaged in the expedition that serves export and import activities. These export activities start from exporters who send documents to collect empty containers until the containers are brought to the factory for stuffing stuffing and then the export document staff makes an Export Declaration of Goods and sends it to Customs until the NPE response is issued. After that the containers are taken to the port to be unloaded at the stacking yard. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the process of filling out the Notification of Export of Goods, documents used in export activities, and related agencies during the export process. Based on data collection conducted during ground practice (PRADA) The author uses several methods including observation, interviews, document collection techniques, and triangulation. From this method, it is obtained that: The process of filling out the Notification of Export of Goods requires documents from the exporter and the cooperation of the relevant agencies. This aims to minimize errors in the export process and increase customer satisfaction. Keywords: System, Export, Documents.
