Abstract
Analysis of the factors that cause delays in flight departure times at Depati Amir Bangka Airport. The success of a company engaged in services is if the services offered by the company can be accepted by consumers and can make these consumers satisfied by using the services (in this study the company is in the field of air transportation services). The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of flight intensity, human resources and airside capacity on the delay in departure time on aircraft at Depati Amir Bangka Airport. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using aircraft at Depati Amir Bangka Airport, using a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation was obtained. Y = 0.276 + 0.495.X1 + 0.198.X2 + 0.268.X3 + . From the regression equation, it can be seen that the independent variables, namely flight intensity with a regression coefficient of 0.495(X1), human resources 0.198(X2) and airside capacity 0.268(X3) proved to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the delay in departure time (Y) with the flight intensity variable has the highest influence on the other variables. In the R2 test (Adjusted R square) the results were 0.510 or 51.0% which means that the delay in departure time is influenced by the variables of flight intensity, human resources and airside capacity which is 51.0% and other factors that affect flight time delays are equal to 49.0% such as operational, technical, weather and others.
