Abstract

This research is motivated by technological developments which in all fields one of the fields of rapid technological development is in meeting needs and services. This has an impact on increasing delivery service companies in Indonesia. PT. POS Indonesia was the first delivery company in Indonesia but currently PT. POS Indonesia is ranked 4th in the Top Brand of Indonesian Courier Services. This study aims to determine whether the variables of price, company image, and service quality have an effect on consumer loyalty at PT. POS Indonesia, especially in the Rembang branch. The sample in this study found 100 people with non-probabling sampling method sampling technique with incidental techniques. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. price, corporate image and service quality have a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty PT. POS Indonesia Rembang Branch either partially or simultaneously. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 4.259+0.158.X1+ 0.221.X2+ 0.292.X3 + µ . The results of the t-test show the price (t count = 1.995 < ttable 1.98552) corporate image or brand image (t count = 2.422 > ttable 1.98552), service quality to loyal customers of PT. POS Indonesia Rembang Branch (t count = 4.296 > t table 1.98552). The results of the f-test show the results of f count = 12.899 > ftable 2.74.
