Abstract
Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a major contribution, especially in developing countries. The number of MSMEs in circulation has a positive impact that can move the wheels of the nation's economy and reduce the number of unemployed, MSMEs are one of the potential for job expansion to overcome unemployment and poverty. The increase in MSMEs is influenced by several factors including: the impact of online transportation, human resources and the use of information technology This study aims to determine whether the impact of online transportation, human resources and the use of information technology has an effect on increasing MSMEs in rural areas Jampangkulon - Surade, Sukabumi. The population in this study were JekDes partners in rural areas of Jampangkulon – Surade, Sukabumi and a sample of 82 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, while the type of sampling is purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the multiple linear equation model : Y = 1.910 + 0.227X1 + 0.374X2 + 0.221X3 + µ shows that there is a partial positive influence on the Impact of Online Transportation (X1), Human Resources (X2) and the use of Information Technology (X3) to the increase in MSMEs (Y). The effect of the independent variables in this study is the correlation coefficient of the determinant (Adjusted R Squar) of 0.490 which means that the variables of the impact of online transportation, human resources and the use of information technology have an effect on increasing MSMEs by 49,0% while the remaining 51,0% is influenced by variables that are not investigated in this study.
