Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the analysis of service quality, passenger characteristics and ticket prices on purchasing decisions. Data collection was carried out with a sample of 100 respondents. Through the method of observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.21 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated: Y = 1.637 + 0.149 X1 + 0.353 X2 + 0.293 X1 + µ Where the results of regression analysis and t test that the service quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), passenger characteristics (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), price (X3) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.522) which means 52.2%, the variable coefficient of service quality, passenger characteristics, and prices on purchasing decisions is 52.2% while the rest (100% - 52.2% = 47, 8%) influenced by other variables outside the study.
