Abstract
Traffic accidents are influenced by several factors including Vehicle Factors, Human Factors, Road Physical Environmental Factors. Of the three, have an important role in increasing traffic accidents with strong results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Vehicle Factors, Human Factors, Road Physical Environmental Factors on Traffic Accidents on the South Ring Road, Pati Regency. In this study, the research population is the volume of vehicles that pass the southern ring road of Pati Regency by taking a sample system with a total of 100 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consist of: the independent variable is the vehicle factor (X.1), the human factor (X.2), and the road physical environmental factor (X.3) and the dependent variable is Traffic Accident (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.25 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y= 1.239 + 0.333 X1 + 0.208 X2 + 0.338 X3 + µ . The results of the multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Vehicle Factors on Traffic Accidents (t count 4.012 > t table of 1.98447), Human Factors on Traffic Accidents (t count 3.544 > t table of 1.98447), Road Physical Environmental Factors on Traffic Accidents (t count 3.078 > t table 1.98447), individually, Vehicle Factors, Human Factors and Road Physical Environmental Factors affect Traffic Accidents. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 79.8% on Traffic Accidents and 20.2% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
