Abstract
In this study, four research variables of service quality, facilities and customer trust were analyzed as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely user interest. Problem formulation, research objectives and hypotheses in this study are to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely service quality, facilities, and customer trust on the dependent variable, namely user interest. In this study, the object taken was the Trans Semarang BRT Bus corridor 1 majoring in Mangkang Terminal - Penggaron Terminal. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were passengers or people who had used the Trans Semarang BRT Bus. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with statistical tools SPSS version 25, based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation is generated: Y =0.128+0.313X1+0.243X2+0.198X3+ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between service quality on user interest (t count = 4,335 > t table = 1,984), facilities on user interest (t count = 2,311 > t table = 1,984), trust customers (t count = 2.172 > t table = 1.984), the coefficient of determination gets an R square value of 0.640 from 3 variables that have a contribution of 62.9% in influencing user interest while the rest is the influence of other variables not included in this study of 37, 1%. While the simultaneous significant test that F count = 56,994 > F table = 3,090 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means simultaneously or jointly independent variables (quality of service, facilities, and customer trust) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (interest). user). Based on the analysis carried out, it was concluded that service quality is in the first place of the three variables that affect the interest variable of the Trans Semarang BRT Bus users, then from hypothesis testing which states that it is suspected that service quality, facilities, and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on the interest of bus passengers.
