Abstract
This research was conducted at the port of Tegal City. This Study uses the role of porters, Safety Equipment, Ship Crew as the independent variables, seaworthiness of ships as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the role of porters, Safety equipment, and crew on the seaworthniessof fishing vessels in the Tegal Port area. The sample used is a certified crew of marine expertise, where the number of samples set in this study were 100 respomdents with the sampling techmique in this study using purposive samping. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions)Program version 25 obtained a linear regression equation Y =3.083 + 0.324 X1 + 0.164 X2 + 0.204 X3 + µ Multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and signifiacnt influence between roles harbormaster on Ship’s Seaworthiness tcount (4.406) > ttable (1.984272) and crew to Ship’s Seaworthiness tcount (2.640) > ttable (1.984272) and there is no positive and significant effect on Ship’s Seaworthiness by the variable Safety Equipment on Seaworthiness Ship tcount (1.723) < ttable (1.984272), The influence of te theree research variables is very strong with the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) Obtained is 40.2% of the Ship’s Seaworthiness and 59.8% is influenced by varianles that are not detected in this study.
