Abstract
Passenger satisfaction is influenced by various factors including service quality, ticket prices and facilities. All three have an important role in influencing passenger satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence on the quality of service, ticket prices and facilities at KM. Bukit Raya partially. The sample in this study was 85 respondents who were passengers of the KM ship. Bukit Raya sampling using incidental sampling. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation was obtained: Y = 1.555 +0.0671+0.281X2+0.467X3+µ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting passenger satisfaction is the facility with a regression coefficient of 0.467. And the R2 test (Adjusted R Square) obtained results of 0.655 or 65.5%, which means that passenger satisfaction is influenced by service quality variables, ticket prices and facilities. That is 65.5% and other factors that affect passenger satisfaction are 34.1% such as service quality, promotions, comfort and others.
