Abstract

Maxim is an International Company Engaged in information technology and online-based transportation services. In Indonesia, Maxim itself first operated in 2018. The company is further expanding its wings by not only becoming an online transportation company that focuses on taxis, but also other types of transportation services such as motorcycle taxis or cars in general., The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Independent Variables, namely Service, Price, and Convenience, and the Dependent Variable, namely User Interest. The population in this study were all service users on Street Arteri Soekarno Hatta Semarang and the sample in this study was 100 respondents with the technique used was a Non-Probability Sampling Technique, namely by using Incidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as sample. The analytical method used is Descriptive Analysis and Quantitative Analysis, the data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, namely: Y= 2.493 + 0.305.X1 + 0.226.X2 + 0.258.X3 + Based on the calculation of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science), a linear regression equation is obtained: Service Variable (X1) has a positive influence on User Interest where the t value is 3.142 > t table 1.98498. The price Variable (X2) has a positive effect on User Interest, where the t value is 2.076 > t table is 1.98498. The Convenience Variable (X3) has a positive influence on User Interest and has a t-count value of 2.766 > t-table of 1.98498. Thus the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Service, Price and Ease of User Interest. Keywords: Service, Price, Convenience, User Interest.
