Abstract

In this study analyzed three research variables trust, facilities and service quality variables that affect the dependent variable, namely the loyalty of service users using the Solo Trans batik bus in the city of Surakarta. Formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze namely: trust, facilities and service quality on the dependent variable, namely the loyalty of service users using the Solo Trans batik bus in the city of Surakarta. In this study, the object taken was the user/customer of the Solo Trans batik bus transportation in the city of Surakarta. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and data analysis, a regression equation is generated: Y = -0,746+ 0,152 X1 + 0,569 X2 + 0,333 X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between trust and loyalty (t count of 4.634 > t table value of 1.984), The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect between facilities on loyalty ( t value = 3,599 > t table = 1,984), The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect between service quality on loyalty (t count = 4.771 > t table = 1.984), the coefficient of determination gets the Adjusted R square value of 0.542, thus 54.2% of solo trans batik bus users are explained by these 3 variables, while the remaining 45.8% is the influence of other variables not included in this study.
