Abstract
This study was created to describe the shipping company. PT. Snepac Shipping Batam is a shipping company engaged in ship agency whose job is to provide ship services, operational system processes, ship services by PT. Snepac Shipping Batam starting from the ship docking, the process of loading and unloading activities from the ship and until it leaves the port. Confirmation coordination is needed so that ship and cargo service activities can be served with full responsibility and thoroughness. PT. Snepac Shipping Batam also has established procedures for ship and cargo services so that ship services can be carried out properly and errors can be minimized, both in document creation and cargo services. The ship and cargo service process system at PT. Snepac Shipping Batam cruise starts from the ship arriving at the port. Then carry out the clearance process which is submitted to the port authority and pelindo for determining the berth and application for scouting services at the Batam Sea Entrepreneurs Board. The last ship service is making a clearance out that is submitted to the port for ship departure. Ship services in the form of ship needs during docking, processing of ship documents, ship crew. mutant services in the form of unloading services and informing the owner of the goods with the aim of making the ship and cargo service process run smoothly, quickly and safely.
