Abstract
This research is motivated by the factors that influence the condition of passengers which have an impact on the satisfaction of passengers who want comfort when traveling. This study aims to determine the factors of service quality, facilities, prices, and brand image on the satisfaction of passengers AKAP buses PO. Haryanto Semarang-Jakarta route. The population in this study is the PO. Haryanto. Sampling in this study used a non probability sampling technique, and used a purposive sampling method with a sample 100 people from the bus passengers PO. Haryanto. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, a linear equation can be made as follows: Y= -2,098 + 0,302.X1 + 0,327.X2 + 0,200.X3 + 0,331.X4 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the independent variable that has the most influence on the dependent variable is the brand image variable (0.331), followed by the facility variable (0.327), then the service quality variable (0.302), and the last is the price variable (0.200). And the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0,566. This means that 56,6% of passenger satisfaction is influenced by the variables of brand image, facilities, service quality, and price. While the remaining 43,4% other variables that were not proposed in this study. Keywords : Service quality, Facilities, Price, And Brand Image
