Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Traffic and Road Transportation Law Enforcement, Driving Policy Settings, User Safety Risks, partially and simultaneously on the Operation of Rabbit Train Modification Vehicles for Transportation, Testing, Facilities and Safety Section Employees at the Pekalongan Regency Transportation Service. The population in this study were employees of the Transportation, Testing, Facilities and Safety Department at the Pekalongan Regency Transportation Service with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling that is saturated sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) SSPS version 25. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = 1,414 + 0,356X1 + 0,313X2 + 0,231X3 + μ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the operation of the Rabbit Train Modified Vehicle is the Traffic and Road Transport Law Enforcement variable of 0.356. And the R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.670 which means that the Operation of Rabbit Train Modification at the Pekalongan Regency Transportation Service is influenced by the variables of Traffic Law Enforcement and Road Transportation, Driving Policy Settings, Risks User Safety is 67% and other factors that affect the Operation of Rabbit Train Modification Vehicles for Transportation, Testing, Facilities and Safety employees at the Pekalongan Regency Transportation Service are 33%.
