Abstract

Motor vehicles are vehicles that are driven by technical equipment to move them, and are used for land transportation. Motor vehicles generally use internal combustion engines, but electric motors and other types can also be used. This study aims to determine the effect of location, facilities, and service quality on user satisfaction of motorized vehicle testing services at the Dishub Kudus Regency. The population in this study were users of motorized vehicle testing services at the Kudus Transportation Service and a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, while the type of sampling is incidental sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the multiple linear equation model: Y = 1.746 + 0, 269 + 0.242 + 0.178 + indicates that there is a partial positive effect of Location (X1), Facilities (X2) and Service Quality (X3) on Service User Satisfaction ( Y). The effect of the independent variables in this study is the correlation coefficient of determination Adjuster R2 = 0.537 which means that the variables of road infrastructure, vehicle comfort and human error on driving safety are 53.7% while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. .
