Abstract

The refrigeration cooling system is a cooling engine and one of the supporting devices on the ship as a support for the smooth operation of the ship, and has important function, especially the cooling of foodstuffs which is the main requirement on the ship for all ship crew (ABK). The system is used to absorb heat in certain rooms so that the temperature becomes lower than the ambient temperature. The working principle of this system is to transfer heat from a low temperature to a high temperature. So the room can be used for storage as well as a refrigerator. Each machine requires regular maintenance to keep it in good performance. This journal will show the effect of maintenance on the performance of refrigeration system.
