Abstract
As a maritime country, sea transportation is the backbone of the transportation system. The transportation system has a very important and strategic role in facilitating the flow of goods. This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Facilities Operational and Labor Factors on the Dismantling og Imported Goods at PT. Gateway Container Line Semarang Branch as a sample of the Freight Forwarding Division of PT. Gateway Container Line Semarang Branch is a business unit that has responsibility for the implementation and smooth flow of trade from and outside the country through shipping and unloading services at Tanjung Emas Port. Goods shipping activities by PT. Gateway Container Line Semarang Branch is seen from some time has increased or even decreased. This can be seen from several factors that cause the activity of unloading imported goods to increase or even decrease, namely facilities, operations, and workforce that support import activities. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, and questionnaires. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated: Y = 0.239 + 0.275 X1+ 0.368 X2 + 0.325 X3 + The results of multiple linear regression indicate that there is a partial positive effect of Facilities (X1) on the Unloading of Imported Goods (tcount 2.082 > ttable 1.99300), Operations (X2) on the Unloading of Imported Goods (tcount 3.155 > ttable 1.99300), and Labor (X3) on the Unloading of Imported Goods (tcount 3,558 > ttable 1.99300) . The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the adjusted R2 correlation value = 0.463 Keywords: Facilities, Operations, Labor and Demolition of Imported Goods
