Abstract
The effectiveness of loading and unloading performance is the utilization of resources, facilities and infrastructure within a certain period (a specified time) in terms of time units, weight units, comparison ratios (percentages) or certain amount units that are consciously determined beforehand to produce a number of loading and unloading jobs that are just in time. Therefore PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cirebon Branch is committed to continuously improving the service and productivity of loading and unloading performance. However, productivity performance is not always in accordance with the targets that have been determined every year. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance related to loading and unloading equipment technology, loading and unloading procedures and supervision. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the effect of loading and unloading equipment technology, loading and unloading procedures and partial and simultaneous supervision on the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance case studies at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cirebon Branch. This study also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on the effectiveness of the loading and unloading performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cirebon Branch. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method to employees and field workers of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cirebon Branch as many as 60 respondents. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Y = -0.097 + 0.427 X1 + 0.258 X2 + 0.301 X3 + The results of multiple regression research indicate that there is a partial positive effect of loading and unloading equipment technology on the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance (tcount 3.029 > ttable 2.00172), loading and unloading procedures on the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance (tcount 2.116 > ttable 2.00172) and supervision on the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance (tcount 3.108 > ttable 2.00172). From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance is the technology variable of loading and unloading equipment with a regression coefficient of 0.427 and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square = 0.565) means 56.5% while the rest (100% -56.5% = 43.5%) influenced by other variables outside the study or outside the regression equation model.
