Abstract
Dangerous goods are all types of cargo that require special handling supervision, all goods whose nature, characteristics and conditions constitute a hazard to the safety or health of humans and other living creatures. The process of transporting dangerous cargo requires different handling supervision from ordinary cargo because dangerous cargo will pose a dangerous risk if it is handled incorrectly, because every cargo transported on the voyage has a sensitive nature and really requires special attention. In this case, in order to create a zero accident in the working area of the Benoa port, more research is needed so that the monitoring and handling runs on an ongoing basis. This study aims to determine whether dangerous goods, supervision of dangerous goods, handling of dangerous goods can affect the creation of zero accidents in the working area of Benoa port. The sample in this study amounted to 67 respondents with a simple random sampling technique with the type of sampling that is Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the research by partially testing the t-test hypothesis show that dangerous goods, supervision of dangerous goods, handling of dangerous goods have a positive and significant impact on zero accident. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is, Y = 1,760 + 0,384X1 + 0,227X2 + 0,308X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a partial positive effect between dangerous goods on zero accident (t count = 4.132 > t table = 1.99834), dangerous goods supervision on zero accident (t count = 2.170 > t table = 1, 99834), handling of dangerous goods against zero accident (t count = 3.971 > t table = 1.97867). Meanwhile, from the results of the significant equation test (F test) obtained a value (F count = 25.796 > F table = 2.751), and the influence of the three research variables is very strong as evidenced by testing the coefficient of determination (R2 test) with Adjusted R Square = 0.530 (53%). Keywords : Dangerous Goods, Dangerous Goods Supervision, Dangerous Goods Handling and Zero Accident
