Abstract
In this paper, it aims to find out everything related to loading services from ships arriving to departing ships , agencies related to loading services, in this paper also aims to find out loading of passengers and vehicles by ferry transportation service companies and all documents involved in the loading and unloading process . This paper belongs to the type of writing with observation techniques carried out by the author based on the results of land practice at the company PT. Jemla Ferry Ketapang branch in which there is a discussion about passenger and vehicle loading services by PT. Jemla Ferry Ketapang branch . Based on the results of this paper, it shows that the role of ferry transportation service companies is very important to handle loading and vehicles. Keywords : loading service , agency, document
