Abstract
In this era of globalization, the marketing competition for sea transportation services is very tight, so the important role of marketing in maximizing agency ship loading space is so important. in overcoming the obstacles that occur in the marketing of cargo space at PT. Admiral Lines. The method used in writing this paper is in the form of a qualitative approach by conducting research on companies and agencies related to data sources from interviews, observations and literature studies. The results obtained in this scientific paper include knowing how the marketing process for loading space ship, the strategies used by the company PT.Admiral Lines in marketing agency load spaces, documents related to loading planning, what obstacles were experienced, steps taken. in overcoming obstacles that occur in the marketing process. The conclusion of this paper is about the marketing process, the strategies used, the documents needed, the obstacles that occur and the steps to overcome the obstacles that occur.
