Abstract

A means of transportation which we know is the use, air and land transportation. The sea transportation is often used in the processs of carriying due to the capability to carry the goods in a huge number and therefore use of sea transportation (by the ship) will realy provide huge benefist especially for the country’s trade. To support those missions, therefore the UPTD Kendal is attempting to enchance the shipping and service provision with the best efforts. With a good service, that thing will also support the company quality so that it will increase the trust of the public agency to use the service of the company. For the sake of the growing of Kendal port to enchance the business is by providing good and quality services for the customers trust, the Kendal port is to serve and handle all the ships when they dock at the Kendal port.
