Abstract
This paper entitled "The Role of the Trucking Fleet Division in Supporting the Smooth Delivery of Imported Bulk Cargoes from the Port to the Importer's Warehouse by PT. Harindra Jaya Transport Semarang Branch ". The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of the Trucking Fleet Division in Supporting the Smooth Delivery of Imported Cargoes from the Port to the Importer's Warehouse by PT. Harindra Jaya Transport Semarang Branch. The results of the analysis of this study are parties related to the role of the trucking fleet division, namely PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, PT. Anugerah Langgeng Untung Niaga, Tanjung Emas Middle Type Customs Supervision and Service Office, PT. Pelindo III Semarang, Tanjung Emas Class I Port Authority and Harbormaster Office, PT. PBM Surya Laut Lingkar Sejati, Demak District Police Office, and PT. Harindra Jaya Transport. Then there are the documents used by the trucking fleet division, namely the road documents issued by PT. Harindra Jaya Transport to PT. Alun, invoice used for evidence of debt collection from PT. Harindra Jaya Transport to PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, a vehicle damage report which functions as one of the conditions for truck repair, order approval documents made by PT. Harindra Jaya Transport Surabaya to PT. Harindra Jaya Transport Semarang. There are three expenses for the trucking fleet division, namely costs at the port (OPT and OPP costs), trucking service costs (units, tracks, and packages), and maintenance costs (repairs, oil changes and spare parts). There is a role for the trucking fleet division which includes three points, namely preparation before loading, activities during loading, and legality reports. Keywords: PT.
