Abstract

This research based on facts the grounds, namely problems caused by very complex parking. Starting from interfere with the smooth flow of traffic, parking also creates chaos in the city and the lack of a well organized region. Caused by factor parkir attendant behavior, lack of parking space, security guarantee and the lack of awareness of vehicle owners in parking the vehicle in the parking resulting in traffic problems like congestion caused by ilegal parking. Problem formulation, research purposes and hypothesis in this research is to analyzed positive and significant influence individually between independent variables parkir attendant behavior, lack of parking space and security guarantee againts dependent variable i.e illegal parking in Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. In this research taken object is parked vehicle owner in Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Data sources include secondary and primary data with 100 sample who is parking user in Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Using data analysis techniques multiple linier regression with Stastistic Package for Social Science IBM 25 version which produces the regression equationn : Y = 0,245 + 0,230 X1 + 0,499 X2 + 0,226 X3+ μ. Show that there is positive and significant influence partially between parkir attendant behavior to illegal parking (t count 2,636>t table 1,98472), lack of parking space to illegal parking (t count 4,422>t table 1,98472) and security guarantee to illegal parking (t count 2,385>t table 1,98472). Coefficient of determination get value R square is 0.627 thus 62,7% while the remaining 37,3% (100%-62,7%) caused by other factors.
