Abstract

The safety of shipping is very central in all aspects of the world of shipping and the needs of all parties. shipwrecks are still vulnerable to occur every year, because of the lack of an optimal shipping safety system. Waivers over cruise safety tend to increase economic and environmental costs such as reduced productivity, medical costs, pollution, environmental pollution, and inefficient energy use. This study aims to determine the influence of Communication Systems, seaworthiness and, The Role of KSOP, partially on the Safety of Shipping Studies In KSOP Class II Benoa. The population in this study was KSOP employees and Ship Crew in KSOP Class II Benoa region with a research sample of 100 respondents. The Sampling technique used is Non probability sampling with sampling type that is sampling quota. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The result of data analysis obtained variable Communication System value t-count = 2,022 while the value of t-table 1.98498, variable seaworthiness value t-count = 6,529 while the value of t-table 1.98498, and variable Role KSOP value t-count = 2,952 while the value of t-table 1.98498, from the test results of this hypothesis, shows that t-count > t-table with conclusion H1 accepted means partial or individual variables Communication System, seaworthiness and The Role of KSOP positively and significantly affect the Safety of Shipping Study On KSOP Class II Benoa and obtained the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjust R square) of 0.521.
