Abstract
PT. Pelayaran Sadena Mitra Bahari is one of the companies engaged in the shipping of passenger ships. PT. Pelayaran Sadena Mitra Bahari has the duty to assist the process of crossing ship activities in Indonesia. In becoming an agent for ships, Shipping Companies use Roro-type vessels in their activities. By using this type of Roro ship, it is easier for shipping companies to become shipping agents because they see the condition of Indonesia, which is mostly water.
