Abstract
This paper is made to obtain a deeper picture of the role of PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia branch Semarang especially related agencies, documents needed, the process of exporting goods, constraints and how to overcome obstacles in the process of exporting goods. For a data used, writer use primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews with operational parties and admins. Whereas Secondary data is obtained through books, archives, and other sources. The data collection method used was obsedatewrvation which saw firsthand activities on the ground. The results of observations can be concluded that this company is engaged in logistics serving the delivery of export and import goods between countries that can be by land, sea and air which this company helps in the handling of export and import documents so as to facilitate the customer in the process of export and import of shipping goods between countries Keywords: Logistics, Shipping of Goods, Export
