Abstract
This paper was made to obtain a more in-depth picture of the optimization of PT. Admiral Lines, especially regarding the handling of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), actions to occur onboard incidents and improving safety quality. The author uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interviews with the operational safety quality. While secondary data obtained through books, archives and other sources. The data collection method used was observation which saw directly the activities in the field. The results of observations can be concluded that this company is engaged in agency services that serve the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) safety quality, which this company helps maintain, control the quality of units and drivers so as to minimize incidents of units and drivers.
