Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact that affects all aspects of life. One of the impacts that is felt is the decrease in the movement of transportation modes on public transportation, especially the Trans Semarang BRT public transportation, this condition is due to public fear in using public transportation, because public transportation is one of the sources of the spread of covid-19. The security of the threat of the spread of the corona virus will have an impact on consumer confidence to reuse public transportation, especially the Trans Semarang BRT. The service factor and the facilities provided also affect the interest of passengers to reuse the Trans Semarang BRT. To attract potential customers, an increase in trust, service, and facilities is absolutely necessary. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, services and facilities on the intention to reuse the Trans Semarang BRT. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The technique of collecting samples using incidental sampling amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using SPSS V.22. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust had a positive and significant effect on intention to reuse, obtained t count 2.013 > t table 1.984, service had a positive and significant effect on intention to reuse, obtained t count 5,890 > t table 1,984, facilities had a positive and significant effect on intention to reuse obtained t arithmetic 2.029 > t table 1.984 , then H1, H2, H3 are accepted.
