Abstract
Based on the monitoring of IMO (International Maritime Organization) that more than 80 percent of accidents at sea are caused by human error (human error). The reality is that 75-79 percent of human error is caused by a bad management system. But with good management of facilities and infrastructure and implementation of rescue according to the accident procedure can be reduced. The purpose of this observation is to see how the management of infrastructure is to supervise and supervise the situation that occurs during the rescue. The method used is observation, observation, and documentation.
