Abstract

This research was motivated by the increasing needs of the public, including in the field of sea transportation. sea transport is one of the most popular types public transport this time. PT. Pelayaran Sakti Inti Makmur as one of the companies engaged in the sea transportation services that will always provide the best service and satisfactory. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of quality service, port facilities, and ticket prices to passenger satisfaction on customers ships on expres bahari route karimunjawa - jepara. The sample in this research were 100 respondents with sampling technique of quota sampling. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data is analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with Statistic Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 24 software. The result of the research by testing the t-test hypothesis partially shows that the quality service, port facilities, and ticket prices have positive and significant influence to passenger satisfaction. Based on the research results can be seen that the research model of multiple linear regression equation is: Y= 1,706 + 0,202.X1 + 0,321.X2 + 0,313.X3 + µ. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is partially positive influence between the quality service to passenger satisfaction (t count = 2,881> t table = 1,98525), port facilities to passenger satisfaction (t count = 3,206> t table = 1 , 98525), ticket prices to passenger satisfaction (t arithmetic = 3,709> t table = 1.98498.
