Abstract
The subjek of discussion in writing about marine/maritime work agreements at KSOP Class 1 Sorong, West Papua. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely obstacles in the process of marine/maritime work agreements in KSOP Class 1 Sorong, implementation of marine/maritime work agreements procedures at KSOP Class 1 Sorong, documents that must be prepared in marine work agreement/maritime affairs, as well as marine/maritime work agreement policies at KSOP Class 1 Sorong, West Papua. The purpose of the author of this paper is none other than to find out ohe obstacles in the process of maritime/maritime work agreements, applications of marine/maritime work agreements, documents prepared in the process of marine/maritime work agreements, and treaty policies, marine/maritime work. Based on data collection caried out during ground pratice (Prada), the authors used several methods, namely interviews, observations, and types of data. The result of the discussion of this paper is to know the application process for marine/maritime work agreements located in the KSOP Class 1area of Sorong, West Papua.
