Abstract

The topic of discussion in writing was regarding the procedures for handling clearance in and clearance out ship documents at KSOP Class 1 Sorong. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely how to handle clearance in and clearance out ship documents, what documents are prepared in the agency service of clearance in and clearance out of ships, barriers to issuing sailing approval letters. The purpose of writing papers is none other than to know the procedure for handling ship documents, procedures for handling ship clearance in and clearance out ship documents, what documents are prepared in the agency service for clearance in and clearance out of ships, Obstacles in issuing sailing approval letters. Based on data collection carried out during ground practice (Prada), the author uses qualitative methods, namely by interview, observation, and the type of data. The results of the discussion of this paper are to find out how the procedure for handling clearance in and clearance out ship documents in KSOP Class 1 Sorong.
