Abstract
Improvements to the Caterpillar C7 engine cylinder head This study discusses what sometimes happens to cylinder heads in the Caterpillar C7 motor grader, so that consultation on the cylinder heads is better for optimizing engine operations in industrial processes. No-load testing of the cylinder head is carried out to determine the initial performance before carrying out other work. the search for problems that occur and the kinds of wear and tear that often occurs in the engine is continued by dismantling the cylinder head, and to complete the supporting data, a visual inspection will be carried out and also measuring the cylinder head according to specifications, thus Check the results of this study indicate (1) wear and tear that occurs in the intake and exhaust holes.
