Abstract
Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including workload, leadership style, and work environment. All three have an important role in improving employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of workload factors, leadership style, and work environment on the performance of the Kendal Regency Transportation Department employees either partially or simultaneously. In this study, the population is the employees of the Kendal Regency Transportation Service, amounting to 78 people. In this study, it is hoped that a result will be obtained which illustrates that employee performance is influenced by workload factors, leadership style, and work environment. Based on the results of the analysis with the statistical tool SPSS Ver 21.0, the research multiple regression model equation is obtained Y = - 0,979 + 0,349.X1 + 0,452.X2 + 0,267.X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between workload factors on employee performance (t count = 3.812> t table = 1.992), leadership style on employee performance (t count = 4.486> t table = 1.992), environment work on employee performance (t count = 3,668)> t table = 1.992). Simultaneously the influence of workload factors, leadership style, and work environment together has an influence of F count 51.483> F table 2.47. The influence of these three variables is very strong with the value of the coefficient of determination (Ajusted R Square) which is 67.6% on employee performance and 32.4% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
