Abstract
In this study the background is the decline in On Time Performance at Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport, Tanjungpinang. With the increase in flight intensity that continues to increase in 2020 compared to previous years, the airport management will gradually improve this. This research itself aims to determine how far the effect of scheduling (scheduling), maintenance (maintenance), and air side capacity on the on time performance of aircraft at Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport, Tanjungpinang. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study are to analyze the positive and significant effects individually between the independent variables, namely scheduling, maintenance, and air side capacity on the dependent variable, namely the timeliness of aircraft departure (on time). performance) at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport, Tanjungpinang. In this study, the objects taken were employees of Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport, Tanjungpinang. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents who were employees of Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport Tanjungpinang through non-probability sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling (census sampling). From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables, namely Scheduling (X1), Maintenance (X2), and Air Side Capacity (X3), have been studied. variable Maintenance (maintenance) (X2) and Air Side Capacity (X3) which have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable On Time Performance (Y). In the coefficient of determination (R Square) the Adjust R square value is 0.598, meaning that 59.8% of the variation in the dependent variable On Time Performance can be explained by the independent variables scheduling, maintenance, and air side capacity.
